Ken Griffin closes purchase of Mana Wynwood complex

The Real Deal reports Citadel founder Ken Griffin closed a purchase of Moishe Mana's roughly 30-acre Mana Wynwood complex valued at $1B-plus, tied to the new Carnegie Mellon Miami campus. Earlier (Sept 4) reports put the value at $700M to over $1B; neither party had confirmed terms, and the exact price is not verified here.

Carnegie Mellon announces 35-acre CMU Miami campus in Wynwood backed by Griffin gift

CMU announced a $3B gift from Ken Griffin, with $2B for a new CMU Miami campus on a 35-acre site in Wynwood, subject to regulatory approvals; construction is to begin in 2027 with first students in 2028. CMU's releases do not name Mana Wynwood as the site or give a square footage.
